All traffic on Firesub runs over SSL/HTTPS, the most common and trusted communications protocol on the internet. Data is backed up daily and copies are stored at an off-site location for disaster recovery.

Portability

Your data is yours. If you ever want to stop using Firesub, you should be able to download your data. Firesub features data portability where applicable. We strongly believe in it.

To export your data, please contact team@firesub.com and we will help you export your data. Currently, we allow export to JSON, which is a format that lends itself well to Firesub's specific data storage model. Unfortunately, JSON cannot be loaded directly into programs like Microsoft Excel. It is, however, complete, and so does suffice as a backup. See also the Firesub Privacy Policy.
